Roles & Responsibilities :
Contract Labor Management:
*Manpower Planning & Control
*Shift Analysis, Absenteeism and Attrition Control
*Management of Labor Service Providers.
*Reviewing & Monitoring Statutory Compliances of the contract labor.
*Contractor Performance Matrix
*Assessing the Direct Manpower Requirement as per the Sales Plan
* Meeting with the departments and counselling the workers.
*Leading the team for the resolution of the grievances to the contract labour.
Grievance Handling
*Interaction at the shopfloor to assess the gap
*Reviewing the Grievances and preparing the matrix for the resolution.
*Organizing Works Samitti Meeting for the feedback and concerns of the workers
* Consolidation of the grievance and track the same for the closure.
*Setting up a harmonious working environment for the workers
Time Office
*Monitoring the Line HR for the verification of the attendance on daily, weekly and monthly basis
*Daily Meeting with the contractors to maintain the Attendance & Attrition
* Analyzing the Gaps in Attendance System and troubleshoot the same.
*Preparation of MIS Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Statutory Compliances
*Knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour laws, Factory Act and Industrial Laws.
* Knowledge of Annual, Monthly and Quarterly Returns as per the applicable Laws
*Maintaining the records of the Contractors for the Audits Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
