Role: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition (Non- Tech)

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technology roles in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through multiple channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fitment.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-quality candidates.

- Specialize in leadership hiring, identifying and recruiting top-level talent.

- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Non-Technology Recruiter in e-commerce or similar fast-paced industries.

- Expertise in end-to-end non-technical recruitment processes.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

- Results-driven with a go-getter attitude and the ability to hustle.

- Proven track record in leadership hiring and attracting top-level talent.

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.

- Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and relevant job profiles.
