Role and Responsibilities
End to end responsibility of invoice processing,
Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices.
Reviewing each invoice as it comes in, sending it back in case of errors and acknowledging it if in order
Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement of invoicing terms
Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues
Ensure that service level agreements are met as they relate to invoice processing procedures.
Generating MIS and reports for all activities, including control and exception reports
Check purchase order (PO) number before processing of invoices
Ensure complete accuracy of financial statements and tax data
Assist with process implementations, preparation and adherence to key control activities
Contribute to Service Level Agreement by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis
Perform Quality checks as per the agreed criteria
Participate in Quality and Continuous improvement initiatives
Create and publish Management Reports
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manuel is updated as in when there are process change
Month End Closer/Year End Closer activities to be performed based on the schedule.
Qualification and Experience
- Commerce graduate
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication
