This involves providing a scalable, sustainable and reliable IT infrastructure, customized applications, messaging and collaboration products, Business Intelligence and Database administration support along with a reliable 24*7 uninterrupted high quality technology support services.

We are currently seeking applicants for Senior Enterprise Systems Administrator position to join our Pune office. Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience.


This position requires strong work experience and the ability to work independently in each of the following functions:

• Management of Exchange 2016/2019 servers and Exchange Online
• Troubleshoot mail flow, queues, performance related issues of Exchange servers and O365
• MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance of Exchange Database
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution of the Exchange infrastructure and services.
• Good experience of administering a hybrid O365 environment
• Good experience of PowerShell scripting for Windows, Exchange and AD/AzureAD administration
• Good experience with the SMTP Protocol, its use and implementation
• Good experience in deploying custom Exchange features, service packs and solutions, performance/ capacity management of Exchange Servers.
• Experience in Exchange 2016/2019 in high availability and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP and related components is a must.
• Experience in administering the entire o365 ecosystem
• Knowledge on Azure will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge on Dirsync, MS Teams, Sharepoint Online, AzureAD, Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online Protection
• Knowledge on Dataloss prevention
• O365 License Management
• Listservice knowledge
• Knowledge on Cisco Ironport/Email security gateway
• Hand-on experience on managing Cisco Email Secure Gateway or Cisco Cloud Email secure gateway is a bonus.

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
• Engineer with good academic background
• MCSA: Exchange/0365 or MCSE: Messaging certification preferred
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving
• Strong customer service skills.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
