• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline
• Experience with INFOR Syteline ERP (preferred) or other comparable ERP System
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Strong ability to analyze software problems and development technical solutions
• Process improvement and documentation experience
• Deep technical knowledge of ERP systems
• Understanding of business to ERP relationship
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation Physical Requirements
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components Working Conditions:
