Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

a) Support individual component testing in electrc powertrain and Validate complete electric Powertrain components at integration level.
b) Development of Test cases and Test Scripts for electric Powertrain functions and Diagnostics.
c) Perform software Testing (HIL/LABCAR & vehicle) for every Software release Cycle.
d) Record and analyze test data, document test findings and release test reports to stakeholders.
e) Failure diagnosis and perform Root cause analysis in Validation Vehicles.
f) Defect creation and closing through interaction with cross-functional teams

Experience

7 to 10 yrs

Qualifications

BE/BTech/ME/MTech-Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Power Electronics or any equivalent

General Requirements

1. Must have good domain knowledge on basic BEV architecture, EV Powertrain (EPT) systems and components such as VCU, BMS and MCU
2. Must have knowledge and experience on EPT system integration and testing in HiL/Vehicle
3. Must have good experience with Embedded software testing and ECU MATLAB Simulink platform based model development.
4. Must have hands on experience on ETAS INCA, VECTOR CANoe, CANalyzer, ECU Test tool and AVL Concerto, and software flashing tools.
5. Must have knowledge about embedded systems and automotive network communication (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, etc.)
6. Must have knowledge of Testing concepts, Test processes, Test methodology, Test strategy, Test Tools and techniques - ISTQB Foundation Level certification would be an added advantage
7. Basic Programming and scripting skills (C / C++, Python, C#)
8. Experience with dSPACE, ETAS, NI or equivalent HiL simulation tools will be an added advantage
9. Knowledge/experience on ASPICE/ISO26262
