Position Open - Shift Engineer Department - Crane Manitenance(CMD) Unit: JSW BPSL, Sambalpur, Odisha Unit (s)- 01 Qualification & Experience Range - 5- 7Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech Key Roles & Responsibilities Extension experience in operation. maintenance, planning execution & management of projects /erection & commissioning in steel Plant. Exhibited a strong and firm approach for sustaining / encouraging safe work environment and capability to streamline overall activities for installation & expansion, identifying scope for electrical engineering for achieving higher performance & output and setting up & maintaining facilities. Excellent relationship management analytical and negotiation skills with capabilities in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination and contractors, vendors & consultants. Extended support to development of Capex, master schedules, resource schedules, execution plans, budgets, statement of requirements, project close out reports management plans and renders. Expert in tendering. offer evaluation technical finalization procurement detail engineering & drawing, approvals and execution of various cranes & Utility equipment with various suppliers and consultants. Expertise in managing erection & commissioning of EOT cranes and drives .Air compressors ,Chillers & AHUs involving maintenance resource planning inspection, team building and liaison with other departments.
