Are you the one?

• Educational Qualification - B.E., (EEE)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Rich experience in Electrical Power Supply distribution, EOT Cranes & MHE\xe2\x80\x99s, Power & Pneumatics Hand tools, Assembly Line Conveyors \xe2\x80\x93 Semi / Auto
• Knowledge on Basic Mechanical Maintenance
• Added advantage \xe2\x80\x93 Work experiences in Maintenance Core Function
• Supplier Management on parts procurement and services needs
• KPI\xe2\x80\x99s Reporting

What will you be doing?

• To Ensure availability of sheet metal machinery to meet production target.
• Compliance to Preventive and Predictive Maintenance as per the set target.
• Ability to attend machinery breakdowns and maintenance of machines.
• Analysis of Breakdowns and focus on continual improvement.
• Maintaining of Essential & Consumable spares for machineries.
• To Ensure operational safety of all machines.
• Improve Maintenance KPIs such us Availability, MTTR, MTBF, RCCA, TPM, total maintenance cost.
• Lead key Supplier relationship, effective network, regular meeting, to bringing the voice of the Customer.
• Demonstrating hands on experiences and coaching subordinates to improve their skills.
