Job Title - Engineer / Senior Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Electrical Maintenance

Are you the one?

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Sheet Metal Industry
• Experience in Amada and Salvagnini branded machines (Punching / Bending / Laser Cutting)
• Manufacturing and production management background
• Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM)
• LEAN and Six Sigma, other continuous improvements
• Additional skills sets & knowledge - Industry 4.0 / Digitalization / SAP / ERP / MES, Project management

What will you be doing?

• To Ensure availability of sheet metal machinery to meet production target.
• Compliance to Preventive and Predictive Maintenance as per the set target.
• Ability to attend machinery breakdowns and maintenance of machines.
• Analysis of Breakdowns and focus on continual improvement.
• Maintaining of Essential & Consumable spares for machineries.
• To Ensure operational safety of all machines.
• Improve Maintenance KPIs such us Availability, MTTR, MTBF, RCCA, TPM, total maintenance cost.
• Lead key Supplier relationship, effective network, regular meeting, to bringing the voice of the Customer.
• Demonstrating hands on experiences and coaching subordinates to improve their skills.
