Job Description


Handling Marketting / Sales in his Geoprahical Area. To maintain proper record of RFQ, offers and orders to support internal and external customers within defined time period. To submit monthly / Qtrly POR looking to yearly target and ensure to achieve the same. Provide weekly updates on the same. To review and Develop sales plan for assigned customers periodically and take appropriate action in order to achieve the sales goals and improve sales results. To develop short term and long term strategies to identify an grow sales opportunities in terms of non-focused areas, new customers and industry segments. To Develop and Build relationship with key customers decision making team to influence and gain market share Proactively engaging and listening to the voice of our customers - Understanding customers needs and pain points. Understand market trend and be aware of competitive information and therby develops ideas for effective current , future growth and profitability To behave responsibly with team mates , juniors , seniors and work ethically in compliace with Emerson standard.Represent the company in various activities. Technical presentations and demos and consultative selling at customer place
