Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System", Follows, implements and ensures the compliance of instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security, Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved, Ensures the execution of activities under their department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Management Systems, Mutually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the annual performance evaluation program and performs activities in line with these objectives, Monitors, inspects and ensures the correct implementation of the company's quality policy in-house and outside of the company (especially on the client side), understands customer expectations and ensures in-house adaptation thereof, Helps identify areas to improve, and ensures the organization and execution of all kinds of activities for the development of such areas, Evaluates quality performance and reports to their manager, Plans, implements and sustains the quality system, Ensures effective implementation of the quality system by their direct reports, Directly monitors the production process in their department, and organizes their direct reports, Blocks the production and/or shipment of semi-finished products and products, preventing them from reaching the customer, For the identified non-compliance issues, draws the error data from the PLM system and reports to the engineering departments, Prepares the error-based data and analyses for the weekly quality meeting, Conducts root cause analyses for parts and blades that are approved for scrapping or SDR, and follows up on the actions taken, In order to maintain complete customer satisfaction, ensures communication between the necessary organizations to resolve customer complaints, takes corrective/preventive actions for customer satisfaction, and communicates with the customer, Monitors problems caused by their direct reports due to application failure/incompleteness, and defines, implements and reports the prevention actions, Monitors problems caused by quality documentation errors/incompleteness, corrects and reports these incompleteness issues, and ensures that the quality documentation is updated and published, Coordinates all interactive functions regarding the non-compliant equipment and process conditions, Checks the accuracy of the measurements that are critical for quality, and takes all the necessary actions to prevent non-compliance issues, monitors the implementation of these actions by their direct reports, and prepares reports, Takes action against the quality problems encountered during production, ensures that these actions are implemented by their direct reports, and prepares reports, Plans the weekly quality shift structure and reports to the necessary departments.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



Education



At least a bachelor's degree from one of the Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments





Work Experience



Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality management, and in composite production technologies preferred





Foreign Language/Grade



English (Good)
