Job Description
: Production Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. Establish daily\xd9\xab weekly and monthly objectives Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. Establish & sustain safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Perform analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Provides training and guidance to employee to accomplish production goals.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root cause and derive resolutions.
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Perform verification of production output according to specifications
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present to management
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
- Prior work experience of valve manufacturing will be added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
