We are looking for a determined and dedicated Senior Engineer for Process Automation who can provide innovative solutions in complete life science and pharmaceutical projects. This also includes understanding the client\'s complex process facilities, with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) regulated requirements for a pharmaceutical production facility. Our department consists of dedicated engineers, specialized in different phases of the project including Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning and Qualification.

How you might spend your days

As a Senior Engineer for Process Automation, you\'ll be working with a motivated, multi-functional team where you\'ll:

• Align process automation with business goals, manufacturing operations and production processing during conceptual design phase.
• Deliver specifications, detailed enough to calculate costs and to define a time schedule during basic design phase.
• Provide detailed information on system solution, software product capabilities and functions to be designed and documented.
• Generate design review summary report include RTM(s) Requirement traceability Matrix.
• Develop Application based on approved Design qualification documents.
• Perform Code reviews to ensure consistency based on programming standards and Design guidelines.
• Perform Testing and verification to ensure that programming or coding is performed in accordance with the FS and to prove its functionality.
• Perform Commissioning and Qualification to ensure the facilities, systems and equipment meet the requirements of end-users and regulatory agencies in collaboration with other relevant departments.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Have a degree in engineering in Electronics/Instrumentation/ Electrical/Industrial Automation or similar technical field
• You have at least a minimum experience of 5-12 years in a similar field
• Good knowledge on pharmaceutical production process and validation concepts with experience in any DCS /PLC
• Good working knowledge of 800xA system (Hardware/Software), other system libraries preferred
• Knowledge on PCDL, PCEL libraries will be added advantage
• Good understanding of ISA S88 Batch concepts
• Understanding of regulatory compliances and application experience of same in pro-jects, will be preferred
• Should have developed Process Automation Conceptual System Architecture
• Should have developed PCS user requirement and system hardware specifications
• Should have developed functional specifications (Control Module, EM and Phase class) for recipes
• Good working knowledge of Control Builders and SFCs or equivalent engineering tools
• Developed Integration Specs, Installation packages, Test and Qualification protocols including test plans
• Developed construction drawings and programmed per good programming practices
• Executed Module integration Tests, FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ
• Proven track record of strong performance.
