Senior Engineer I

Summary

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Sr. Manual Tester/Sr. Engineer I in D&D Global Quality team. In this role, you will be expected to understand requirements, convert them into test scenarios and execute test cases for Product Integration, Inter-operability testing for different products as well as establishing overall compatibility/integration with third party manufacturer equipment.

Skill Requirements (Must Haves)

• Black Box/Gray Box with basics C / C++ syntax knowledge
• Hands-on experience of SQL queries execution
• Ability to perform impact analysis based on the code modifications
• Ability to identify performance and memory consumption, memory leakage issues and use tools to capture and analyze the impacted code base
• Understanding of SDLC and adherence to processes and standards
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to resolve test problems
• Exposure towards Linux/Unix OS and underlying commands
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skill Requirements (Good to have)

• Experience in Gaming/Digital Gaming
• Hands-on automation experience (any tool / technology)
• Ability to write Python Scripts to automate repetitive workflows to optimize delivery performance
• Experience of working on tools i.e., Atlassian JIRA
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands on experience on visualization tool like Power BI

What You'll Do

• Manual and automated testing
• Test strategy and test case preparation
• Test environment setup and configuration, test data preparation and test cases execution
• Deliver as per project/task schedule and Quality parameters
• Test products ranging from web applications, gaming products, firmware, embedded systems, protocol communication devices and host simulators.

What We're Looking For

• Education/degree: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or equivalent

• One or more certification in testing preferred
