Prepare Erection Drawing from GA (Part number & Joint number) in AutoCAD.
Preparation of Container stuffing plan/truck loading plan in AutoCAD.
Prepare Packing list and joint wise detail list as per drawing.
Responsible for Pre-Dispatch Inspection activities.
Keep all packing material/instrument/tool & tackles available and functional condition at all the time.
Ensure proper material handling during Container Stuffing /Truck Loading.
To ensure the safe handling of all dispatch material/vehicle or crane being used, the manpower evolved in the operation.
Dispatch document clearance / sales order posting in ERP System.
To ensure timely dispatch of system, spares and other material as per requirement of customer.
