Department \xe2\x80\x93 Compact Strip Plant Unit: JSW BPSL, Sambalpur, Odisha Unit (s)- 01 Qualification & Experience Range \xe2\x80\x934-6Years of relevant Experience Post Diploma, BE/ B. Tech
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure work roll cooling, Interstand cooling, Interstand descaling, Antipeeling etc to maintain work roll life & strip quality.
  • Ensure laminar cooling maintain CT of the strip.
  • Ensure Work roll & BUR changing activities
  • Maintenance of FT & CT during rolling & coiling.
  • Maintain Wedge & crown during rolling.
  • Handling slabs movement
  • Ensure Centrelines, thickness, shifting& bending during rolling process.
