Job Id- 33986 Job Title- Senior Engineer, Billing Improvements Location- Gurgaon/ Bangalore Work Mode- Hybrid R \'le Purpose- To follow the design and developed solutions for the Kenan Billing System. To develop self to be a product expert. Identify process improvement opportunities Ensure adherence of operational KPIs and trend Key Accountabilities- To take care of operational activities and act as the point of contact from billing for the projects run by different areas. The person will be responsible for securing billing rules and provide the solution to projects to fit into billing requirements. Engages in complete solutions along with installation, system test plans and results of tests and ensure they are fit-for-purpose and up to COLT agreed standards. Key Requirements- Kenan Billing System 2.x and above (preferably 4.x) of Amdocs, Kenan Arbor/BP Good Knowledge of Billing Operations activities Good understanding of Kenan architecture, configurations and tables. 4-5 Years of total experience with minimum 3-4 years of relevant configuration experience on Kenan Billing platform Hands-on experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel.
