Job summary

A dual-skilled professional who performs tasks in both electrical and plumbing fields. Maintains, repairs, and installs electrical systems (wiring, outlets, lighting) and plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drainage). Ensures all systems are safe, functional, and meet local codes.
Key responsibilitiesElectrical duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment. Diagnose and fix faults in circuits, panels, and lighting. Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and safety components like switches and circuit breakers. Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility. Perform routine inspections and replace old wiring and cables as needed.
Plumbing duties

Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes and water supply lines. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Perform routine maintenance on fixtures like faucets and toilets. Repair and replace broken drainage lines and other components.
Other responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations. Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations. Conduct site inspections and site safety checks. Keep work areas clean and organized.
