Job Position: Senior E-Commerce Executive
Office Timing: 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience - Minimum 3 years
Principal Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage our Amazon & Walmart Storefront. This role involves overseeing product listings, Inventory Management, Competitor Analysis, analysing performance data, and ensuring excellent customer engagement to drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem and a proven track record of achieving significant sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management and Optimization:

• Manage Amazon & Walmart Store Front
• Managing Inventory, Forecasting, Making Purchase Orders, Vendor Management
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's listing policies and guidelines.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• New Product Research
• Growth for existing Category

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, Brand Performance, and customer reviews.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales.

Customer Engagement and Feedback Management:

• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance product ratings and brand reputation.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Competitor Analysis:

• Research competitors' listings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts to stay competitive.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for product differentiation.

Compliance and Policy Management:

• Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies, including intellectual property rights, pricing rules, and advertising standards.

Process Improvement and Collaboration:

• Develop best practices for efficient store management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and logistics for seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon marketplaces with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of additional marketplaces (such as Shopify) is a plus.
