- Delivered large scale transformation projects in capital markets or institutional finance organisations
- Experience in managing operations including Change the bank or Run the change
- Good people\' s leader and managed global teams
- Corporate actions, Asset Servicing, Settlements, Investment operations, Post trade processing , trade life cycle
