Job Description

This is a senior leadership role in the data science group, responsible for driving strategic analytics initiatives and nurturing a high-performing team. The position involves designing scalable solutions for complex business problems and managing client relationships at the C-suite level.
As a Data Science Leader, you will spearhead the growth of the data science practice, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to design innovative solutions for complex business challenges. Responsibilities include team building, client engagement, identifying scalable use cases, growing P&L, and ensuring delivery excellence across analytics platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tier I/II institutions; MBA from top B-schools preferred
• 17+ years of experience, with at least 10+ years in analytics execution and leadership
• Proven ability to manage P&L, influence senior stakeholders, and maintain C-suite relationships
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, and strategic solution design
• Experience in at least two sectors: CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI
• Prior experience in Consulting/Services
