Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and evolve strategic plans for our Indian Mobility Advisory practice.

- Showcase expertise in the automotive sector.

- Deliver high-value consulting engagements with client satisfaction in focus.

- Drive effective marketing and go-to-market strategies with commercial and advisory teams.

- Provide industry-specific advisory expertise and share best practices.

- Optimize utilization and productivity of consulting personnel within the Practice Area.

Requirements

- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering preferred.

- Master\'s degree preferred.

- 12+ years of professional work experience in Automotive or related fields.

- Strong expertise and understanding of the automotive sector.

- Demonstrated capability to lead projects and teams.

- Ability to facilitate effective, cross-functional client meetings.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Passion for Mega Trends in the automotive industry.

- Openness to domestic and international travel.
