  • Inspire the organization to become faster, more agile and consumer obsessed.
  • Drive the strategy for strengthening Brand Advocacy through effective range management, marketing activation and retail activation to improve consumer experience at all points-of-sale (Retail, Franchise, e-commerce, Wholesale) and drive Net Promoter Score.
  • Sharpen the Brand\'s positioning/perception & build local relevance, while strengthening its connection to athletes, consumers, ambassadors, and other sports stakeholders.
  • Provide a clear vision and direction to brand team, measuring and effectively performance managing team against MYBEST objectives and department Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive India\'s Strategic Business Plan to ensure alignment between concept-to-consumer strategies and financial targets.
  • Drive implementation of concept-to-consumer plans by Business Unit, including account plans by Category.
  • Manage the range selection process based on Emerging Markets recommended range/ packages in coordination with the Emerging Markets Business Unit leads and lead range segmentation and support channel segmentation initiatives in partnership with the channel teams.
  • Drive performance marketing for own eCom channel
  • Planning, execution & monitoring of the Annual Marketing Budget as per global & local campaign/activation calendar
  • Lead & manage the multi-channel visual merchandizing teams
  • Provide timely and comprehensive market input (consumers, competitors, channels, pricing\xe2\x80\xa6) to Emerging Markets Business Unit and Concept-to-Consumer teams to support development of the Emerging Markets Business Unit strategy incl. Brand Collection and EMMR range, key concepts, and activation calendar.
  • Work closely with Emerging Markets teams (Concept-to-Consumer, Marketing Operations, Business Units. Brand Activation, BI) to develop and implement Go to Market calendar, execute seasonal brand activation calendar & deliver timely reports
  • Establish a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement, leading by example.

  • Brand KPI\'s : Momentum, NPS, SPI
  • Sales: Net Sales, Growth, Category growth
  • Margin: Go in Margin, Net Margin
  • Full Price Sell Through
  • Market Share
  • Market Direct Brand Contribution vs Plan
  • Efficient use of MWB for brand activation (Marketing ROI)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Passion for sports and leadership
  • Ability to develop and implement strategy
  • Strong Business understanding and Commercial acumen
  • Relationship Management with brand ambassadors & athletes
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Consumer-focused with an excellent ability to balance brand and commercial aspects and build channel specific Go to Market solutions
  • Advanced cross functional marketing knowledge and strong understanding of Retail, e-commerce and Wholesale channels in sporting goods, fashion or other youth culture brands
  • Exposure to merchandising approach including assortment planning, Full Price Sell Through, Open to Buy, launch and exit calendars, rate of sales, and to Visual Merchandising planning & execution
  • Expert understanding of Indian market\'s consumers, accounts, economic environment, and commercial needs.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail/digital required, ideally in sporting goods, fashion or Consumer Goods industries
  • Minimum of 5-7 years leadership experience
  • MBA in Marketing from a top college
  • Fluency in English
