Description Position at EssenceMediaCom Senior Director - Performance EssenceMediacom, Gurgaon Overview of job EssenceMediaCom is looking for a Performance Media lead for the Performance Marketing Function for adidas Emerging Markets. Reporting of the role This role reports to the EssenceMediaCom Emerging Markets Regional Strategy Director based in South Africa. 3 best things about the job: A role that is critical to the success of the adidas Emerging Markets (EM) Hub. You will oversee Performance Marketing across 6 major adidas markets across India, the Middle East and Africa. You will work on one of the most exciting and performance-driven brands in the World on high impact campaigns at the bleeding edge of brand and performance marketing. You will be joining one of the highest performing and diverse teams in the group. Measures of success - In three months, you would have: Established a relationship with the EM Hub Team, Performance Leads across Emerging Markets, Global MCM Performance Leads and adidas Emerging Markets Team. Familiarize yourself with adidas\' Performance Marketing operating model and local nuances. Understand the broader adidas culture Lead weekly and Monthly EM Performance meetings In six months, you would have: Become the go-to person for Emerging Markets Hub Performance Marketing Strategy. Lead Performance QBRs Manage your Performance Marketing team across all clusters to drive results. Offer proactive suggestions on process improvements opportunities In 12 months, you would have: Contributed significantly to the transformation of the Performance Marketing Function across EM clusters and countries. Delivered Performance Marketing Thought Leadership Responsibilities of the role: Advisory and facilitation support on Performance Marketing to all Emerging Market Local Mediacom Teams Work with Global MCM teams to understand performance and innovative solutions that can be adapted for EM Thought Leadership on Performance Topics over and above MCM Global Guidance Quarterly Business Reviews - Performance Marketing Sharing best practices across EM clusters and use these insights to optimize monthly using the performance dashboard Campaign Structure & Budgeting across EM Clusters E-Comm Performance Media Investment Priorities Key Commercial Moments from a Performance Marketing perspective Adhere to partner platform ECOM best practice Consult on Headroom Analysis Facilitate, guide and support the implementation of best practice and performance optimization of performance media What you will need: Strong Performance Marketing expertise across Search, Display, Programmatic, Social and App acquisition. Strong Analytics and Measurement expertise. Executive presence: ability to inspire your team, colleagues and client through functional expertise, active listening, and assertiveness. Cross-cultural Management experience. You will need to be comfortable functioning in a matrix-organization with Performance Leads in different geographies reporting to you.
