Designation: Senior Digital Product Owner (SDPO_D&AI - Adj Mobility, COE - COE)

Position description:

We are looking for a product manager for COE - Finance.

The candidate\'s responsibility is to understand the and develop digital & AI solutions to solve for the pain points. Key performance KPIs will be supply-chain distribution cost, service level, speed and productivity.

This position will report to the Divisional Manager, COE - Finance (Digital & AI)

Product owner will oversee the development of software, data and AI products from start to finish to ensure they meet the end-user needs and preferences. Product owner\'s main duties includes driving the vision of products, translating product vision to a product roadmap, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to stakeholder\'s and customer\'s preferences. Product owner will define the why and when of the product in partnership with business sponsors, and will co-own what and how in partnership with engineering & analytics colleagues.

What will you learn and do?

\xc2\xb7 Working on the Product Strategy: The Product strategy requires an ample amount of work to be done. The PO must ensure the short- and long-term strategy and has to define the higher-level backlog items such as epics and features, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze product performance and make sound decisions on what to do next

\xc2\xb7 Leverage metrics and data to inform product decisions, strategy, and roadmap.

\xc2\xb7 Customer discovery and validation: PO will actively drive Gemba walks to meet the user, observing how they operate and understand their pain points and needs. Translate them to MVPs, prototypes for customer validation

\xc2\xb7 Product marketing and product growth: Develop and execute a product marketing strategy, develop product growth plans

\xc2\xb7 Meeting with stakeholders: The Product Owner has to communicate with the Stakeholders about future development and the upcoming strategic moves to develop the value of the product.

\xc2\xb7 Working on the Product Backlog: The Product Backlog acts as a list of product increments such as user stories that have to be integrated into the product.

\xc2\xb7 Attend Stand-up Meetings: The Product Owner attends this meeting to understand everyone\'s concern and try to give solutions and ideas such that the Developer completes the Sprint on time and reaches their Sprint Goal

\xc2\xb7 Work together with different technical teams to understand technology design options, effort estimates, prioritization and user testing

Primary Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
• \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3+ years of working experience across a Finance function and the ability to work with senior Finance executives to plan and execute the finance transformation roadmap. Knowledge of Finance
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Completed certification or a diploma program in Digital product management/Digital Transformation. Excellent knowledge of user-centred design thinking principles, Ability to work with large cross-fu
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in building finance systems like Post Capex Cost Monitoring, Financial consolidation, Bank Reconciliation, etc.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of product development architecture
• \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of product development architecture
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prioritize effectively

Additional Responsibilities:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall, 5+ years of experience, Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or MBA/MBA(Finance) from a premium institute
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the Customer discovery, customer validation, customer creation and company building lifecycle (MVP, Product-market fit and scale)
• \xe2\x80\xa2 As Product Owner, manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively collaborate with technical teams, invite them for user-research, remove bottlenecks
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
