About the group (Schneider Digital): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.

About the role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing global ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and rollout projects and ensuring project success and continuous improvement, with a focus on compliance, security, and effective communication to meet organizational objective.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead a diverse cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and focus on common project goals.
  • Project Management: Manage the project with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget, scope, quality, and timelines. Maintain project documentation, including Project Charter, RACI matrix, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Risk Analysis, Project Plan, Activity Tracker, and project governance.
  • Lean-Agile Methodology: Utilize Lean-Agile methods in project planning and management to streamline processes.
  • Scope, Schedule, and Budget Adherence: Ensure the project meets scope, schedule, resource, and budget commitments as outlined in the Project Management Plan.
  • Change Control: Implement and enforce change control procedures for project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Continuously identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities, ensuring corrective action plans are executed until closure.
  • Change Management: Oversee change management processes, including soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and preparing quotations and change orders.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools and software to facilitate project execution.
  • End User Training: Plan and execute end-user training programs and create relevant documentation.
  • Master Data: Gather master data requirements, validate data quality, and collaborate with the data migration team for a smooth data migration process.
  • Integration and Customization: Identify the scope of integration and customization within the Global template.
Required skills:
  • Experience in managing S4HANA private or public cloud full lifecycle implementations, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-value, diverse technology projects with a cross-functional and multinational focus.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changes in project scope.
  • Experience working with master data management and data quality tools is a plus.
  • Strong data management skills, including working with data sources and flows.
  • Positive mindset towards cloud technology.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 9-14 years of relevant SAP experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management or Client Lead position on a large SAP transformation project.
  • SAP Activate certification or training is considered a plus.
  • PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications are additional benefits.
