Overview
The Technology Project Manager, Business Applications is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple, concurrent, large and small projects that involve cross-functional representation from departments within the organization and will be ultimately accountable for the on-time delivery of projects. This position is responsible for the project's oversight throughout all phases on the project lifecycle, to include initiation, project definition, scope, analysis, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation. The Project Manager is expected to be familiar with scope and project objectives and will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resource needed

Description:
The Technology Project Manager, Business Applications is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple, concurrent, large and small projects that involve cross-functional representation from departments within the organization and will be ultimately accountable for the on-time delivery of projects. This position is responsible for the project's oversight throughout all phases on the project lifecycle, to include initiation, project definition, scope, analysis, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation. The Project Manager is expected to be familiar with scope and project objectives and will be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resource needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
The Project Manager also manages interdepartmental relationships with internal and external business customers at various management levels to include executive leadership. This position will report to, and take direction from, the Technology Program Management Office (PMO); however, must be able to work independently. The Project Manager will be expected to work with a cross-functional team and therefore, the successful individual in this role will need to establish excellent working relationships with HireRight colleagues and be able to collaborate cross-functionally within the business. This position also manages inter-departmental relationships with internal and external business customers at various management levels.
