SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team and manage the end-to-end delivery of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the DevOps methodology, experience leading teams, and a proven track record of delivering software applications on time and on budget. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Develop and implement DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and delivery. Collaborate with development, operations, and testing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Implement and manage the DevOps toolchain, including source control, build automation, and deployment automation tools. Manage the software release process and ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. Develop and maintain DevOps metrics to measure the effectiveness of the team and processes. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the DevOps workflow and increase efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is using the latest technologies and methodologies. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of the DevOps methodology and tools. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
