There are regular changes/enhancements being implemented on these applications as part of twice a month releases, there is also new platform capability being built such as microservice to replace the monolith services. All this requires a strong DevOps team which will enable tech teams to accelerate delivery of new features to business in an automated fashion. What will you be doing Automating and Orchestrating workloads across multiple public cloud providers. Automation experience with at least one configuration / deployment management system such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Openshift, AWS Cloud Formation etc. Proficient in leveraging CI/CD tools (Jenkins) to automate deployment and testing. Experience working in Agile, DevOps environment. Provide input on technical designs, learning to recognise potential performance and security issues early in their lifecycle Participate in technical design discussions and present them in tech forums. Develop tooling and processes to improve, create playbooks. Experience working with languages like Python, Perl, Shell, Gradle, Ruby etc. Experience working with version control tool (Perforce, GIT, SVN etc) and build tool (Maven, Gradle etc) Experience in secret management tools like Vault. Experience with any monitoring tools like ELK/AppDynamics etc. Linux and/or Windows System administration and engineering experience, specifically RedHat Linux ES 6 and 7 and Windows 2012 and above. Producing high quality, performant and well-documented code adhering to secure coding principles What we\'re looking for: You have application architecture skills, understanding the benefits of using key AWS services and how they can be integrated. You will be having strong automation using CI & CD. You will be having strong understanding of Design & Enterprise, Cloud Native patterns. Your superior coding skills will lead you to naturally create code that is not only easy to maintain and enhance but will be well structured and documented You have a relevant AWS certification specific to the role (e.g. Cloud Practioner, Developer or Architect) Experience in creating and using Jenkins pipelines for building and deploying the applications to various cloud environments. Experience in applying best practises for branching and merging policies. Experience with automation at all levels of software development. Experience in creating playbooks using configuration management tools like Chef/Puppet/Ansible/Teraform. Good Linux administration skills. Good experience with secret management tools like Vault. Good experience with monitoring tools.
