Job Summary Under minimal supervision, is the technical lead in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Provides technical leadership on complex projects. May act as an expert in business or functional area. Designs and modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. May be responsible for multiple phases of a project. Key Responsibilities Leads system requirement meetings. Prepares detailed design specifications. Conducts system analysis and feasibility studies. Responsible for ensuring QA standards are met within project / phase responsibilities. Completes analysis and problem solving as they relate to the integration of the application with the entire system. Works with client to determine business rules, scope and requirements. Documents requirements using SPLC templates. Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs. Incorporates standards and lessons learned into project quality standards. Responsible for providing project performance feedback to team members. Provides mentoring and training to other Software Analysts. Provides advise on technological improvements-hardware or software. Communicates regularly with project team to disseminate project/phase goals, scope, issues, etc. Actively participates in user group community to stay informed and help build business. Produces white papers and presents at conferences when appropriate. #LI-SB1 Management Responsibilities Acts in capacity of a \'lead person.\' Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or an engineering or programming background (equivalent experience) 10+ year\'s experience in UiPath platform/technologies along with some combination of additional automation technologies such as Orchestration, OCR/ICR, MS Power Automate etc Proficient knowledge in HTML, VBA, Python, OpenCV, Java, .NET, etc. experience with developing or implementing machine learning models and AI component is a plus Basic understanding of Computer vision concepts like Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and tools used for them like ABBYY, Google Vision API, DI-analytics, Azure cognitive platform etc. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze requirements and recommend/design potential solutions in a timely manner Experience with Agile methodologies and use of DevOps with an understanding of and a willingness to adhere to formal change control procedures and disciplines Foundational knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) Certified in UiPath (Mandatory) Desired Experience Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing IA/AI solutions with a combination of RPA and other hyper-automation methods and technology stacks Experience working in Engineering and Construction industry Knowledge of 2 or more automation technology focus areas such as Robotic Process Automation, BPM/Service Orchestration, AI/ML, Process Mining, NLG/NLP, API based automations Able to articulate user experience and design principles to team members Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience.In addition to the education requirements, eight years related experience. Training related to business area supported (i.e. Accounting, Engineering, etc.).
