About the department Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) India was established in February 2010. It is a team of 800+ highly skilled IT professionals located in DD&IT Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of DD&IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
The position The position holder is responsible for supporting IO-Engage CRM (Salesforce CRM) on the development and operations tracks across regions for International Operations. Responsible to demonstrate excellent business and system understanding, pro-activeness and high degree of ownership for driving and participate in activities related to implementation of system enhancements. Manage the maintenance of IO-Engage CRM (Salesforce CRM) while mentoring and guiding the DevOps teams for any technical and functional related queries.
Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for supporting development and operations tracks for IO-Engage CRM (Salesforce CRM)
• You will be involved in solution designing and reviewing the solutions proposed by team members to drive system improvements to improve overall customer experience and driving strategic projects requested by line of business.
• As a Subject Matter Expert for IO-Engage platform, you will support DevOps team anchored in Agile Release Train and responsible for implementing the prioritized requirements.
• Ensuring the system operation requests and incidents are handled by DevOps team within agreed SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and meeting the stakeholder expectations.
• Manage stakeholders by driving affiliate monthly connects and be the first point of contact for any escalations or queries regarding IO-Engage CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with minimum 6+ years of IT experience.
• Should have 4+ years of experience working on SFDC configuration, customisation & system operations.
• Experience in salesforce configuration like Workflows, Validation, Approval process, Custom Metadata, and support operations.
• Experience in data loads using apex data loader and workbench.
• Should have hands on in Apex development, Visual Force, Lightning Components, Triggers, Batch scheduling, experience in deployment and migration of change sets.
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL & relational databases.
• Experience in Agile and SDLC methodology.
• Experience in driving performance initiatives via tunning or automation approach.
• Experience handling small/medium projects end to end as individual contributor.
• Experience in managing the system operations including handling of service requests and incidents.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Experience with IQVIA OCE CRM or any Salesforce Pharma CRM (good to have).
• Experience with Pharma business processes (good to have).
• Salesforce Certification (good to have).
