Role Name: Senior DevOps Engineer

Desired Experience Range: 8+ Years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad

Role Profile:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support automation framework developed for our stakeholders. As a member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation and creative designs for functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design for automation framework.

Tech Profile/Essential Skills

\xc2\xb7 Cloud platforms like AWS e.g. EC2, VPC, CloudFront, WAF, ALB, Route53, S3, Lambda.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in DevSecOps.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on using Agile and DevOps eg. JIRA, ASANA, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, Git, Gitlab runner, SonarQube.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise and/or understanding in the following languages and technologies: Java (java spring boot), Microservices, JavaScript, services-based architecture, ReactJS, REST.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in one or more scripting languages like bash, python or more.

\xc2\xb7 Testing frameworks e.g. Junit, TestNG.

\xc2\xb7 SSO understanding e.g. SAML, OAuth2.

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical acumen.

Preferred Skills and Experience

\xc2\xb7 Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

\xc2\xb7 NPM, NodeJS, Containerizations, Apache.

\xc2\xb7 ElasticSearch.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise and understanding of end-to-end DevOps tools and processes.

\xc2\xb7 Digital and Marketing Technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in financial domain.

\xc2\xb7 Experience integrating 3rd party source code and/or libraries.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.

\xc2\xb7 Adept at learning new technologies quickly.

Education and Professional Skills

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Software Engin eering or STEM degree (Desirable) or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Solid English reading/writing capability required.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication & articulation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.

\xc2\xb7 Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial.

\xc2\xb7 Agile related certifications preferable.

\xc2\xb7 Deep technical understanding of development and systems / platform engineering.

\xc2\xb7 Customer centricity.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills.

Detailed Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Work with Product Owners to understand the requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to deliver the automation framework.

\xc2\xb7 Identify the common components within the development lifecycle and convert them into accelerators so that cross functional teams can benefit.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for code quality, making sure any technical challenges are discussed with Solution Architects, review all test results, and approve safe delivery to production for the team.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all solutions follow Corporate Technology and enterprise solution standards, align with the overall roadmap, have good quality documentation, and follow all relevant governance steps.

\xc2\xb7 Help project team to size & estimate project implementation and identify resources and skillset needed for delivery of the solution.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and support relevant processes
