ü The DES is responsible for the activities carried out with the Layout & Detail department in the development of paint projects. He is in charge of identification and verification and the selection of technical solutions for construction and detail design in accordance with customer specification and the Engineering Head Office. ü He checks and identifies technical solutions for construction and detail design in accordance with customer specification and the Engineering Head Office. Ensures customer satisfaction and product quality through: -

• The choice of technical detailed solutions that satisfy the coating plant’s aim, minimizing the costs
• The Detail Project Engineer is responsible for design of plant components and for layout and detailed design required for the installation
• These activities will be done in accordance with Detail Engineering Senior and Engineering Head Office information and in the respect of time line.
• The DES is referent and responsible for the activities carried out by Detail Engineering and takes care of their professional growth

The DES receives technical documents concerning the project.

• Reviews the information and documents received and evaluates if all the information is clear
• The DES with Company Head Office confirm/control the activities and timeline and priority
• Develops assembly and detail drawings for different parts of plant in according with general Layout and P&ID scheme
• Prepare list BOM for the commercial materials for purchasing department and management with buy people the purchase (i.e. Grill, Bolts, damper...)
• Collaborates with Engineering Head Office for developed the 3D layout
• Checks and integrates the layout of equipment; maintenance
• Checks periodically the project planning layout, conveyor layout and electrical layout
• Solves interference or collision present in 3D layout
• Update the as built layout
• Develops the ventilation layout in 3D; and prepare the documentation for buy duct and accessories
• Develops sketch and BoM for piping in according with P&ID and process team
• Develops detail studies for particular technical problems that we can meet in project
• With the Team, he is support for standard activity of Company product
• Insert documents in PLM (Company Product Lifecycle Management) version Profile by Procad
• Visits India suppliers and check the prototypes or product available on work site for medium or long periods as technical support during the coating plant installation and start-up, as well as during production assistance and training phase
• Checks the Detail-Engineering's activities and support him for development of project
• Takes daily meeting with India Team to check the activities and status of work
• At the request of the Technical Coordinator (TC), he takes part of weekly web-meeting with Company Head Team to check the activities and status of work.
