Designation: Relationship Executive / Sr. Relationship Executive
Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 1 Year in any Domain Sales with current company
Hiring for the Company: Aditya Birla SunLife Insurance
CTC: Up to 2.5 Lakh / Annum
Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn incentives of 2% to 10% of their achievement based on performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
The candidate responsible to generate lead and take it to closure by working along with customer service / Operation and Sales backend team.
Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the company month on month.
The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance Branch and he need to sell the Insurance of Aditya Birla Sun life Insurance to the existing or previous customers.
Update knowledge and latest investment products available in the market and provide a financial solution with the clients
Generate daily appointments with prospects and initiate meeting with them at an agreed date, time and place of customers / clients.
Maintain daily reports of clients connected / called during the day
Relationship management with stake holders.
Maintain persistence for the policies procured to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
