For Senior Data Scientist relevant experience should be 4-6 years and For Lead Data Scientist relevant experience should be 7-8 years At least above mentioned # of years of relevant experience in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Good to have skills: Pytorch, Tensorflow, Natural Language Processing, Image processing, Deep Learning, Python, Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning, OCR
Background in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EE Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Design, Implement and Evaluate models and design ML systems
\xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with team of high performing data scientist for improvement of ML Engine and products
\xe2\x80\x93 Utilize data science development process
\xe2\x80\x93 Rapidly prototype integration of latest research in field of ML/DL/NLP/CV
\xe2\x80\x93 Mentor other team members (data scientist, ML engineers, interns) Roles Skills:
\xe2\x80\x93 Relevant years of experience building and using analytical tools/ languages on large scale data
\xe2\x80\x93 NER and context understanding of text using NLP algorithms and Computer Vision algorithms
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of NLP models \xe2\x80\x93 BERT, GPT, LSTM, GRU, Transformers
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in pretraining and fine tuning of models in text and images
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong understanding of integrating NLP models into workflows and MLOps
\xe2\x80\x93 Build end to end solutions that identify sentiment, intent and other features form text
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of how to design NLP architectures
\xe2\x80\x93 Train, Test and Deploy models on AWS/Azure/GCP
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in NLG, NLU is a Big Plus
\xe2\x80\x93 Proficiency in databases and Git
\xe2\x80\x93 Publications in recognized conferences and journals
