It has worked with top notch clients in over 25 countries and in more than 10 languages.Founded in 2006 by a seasoned entrepreneur with rich experience in the service industry across sectors, this Gurgaon based company is dedicated towards service delivery, quality and timelineAs a Sr Data Analyst, you will be effectively managing client relationships and demonstrating a strong eagerness to continuously advance their analytics skills, especially in the cutting-edge fields of generative AI and LLMs.What you need to do:- Data Analysis & Modeling: Employ Python for advanced modeling and web scraping tasks to support consulting firm clients.- API Integration Management: Implement and manage Google CC API Services, enhancing our analytics capabilities.- Advanced Excel & VBA: Develop and maintain tools using VBA for automation and complex analyses.- Machine Learning & NLP: Conduct research and analysis using machine learning and NLP techniques for actionable insights.- Generative AI & LLMs: Utilize generative AI and LLMs for innovative solutions in data processing, content creation, and analysis.- Text Analytics & Sentiment Analysis: Perform sentiment analysis and develop text analytics models for data-driven consulting services.- Chatbot Development: Design and develop custom chatbots, incorporating generative AI technologies for enhanced interactions.- Client Management: Proactively manage relationships within the consulting industry, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.Skillsets and Qualifications:What you need to have:- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Statistics, or a related field, with coursework or experience in AI and machine learning.- Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA for automation and data manipulation. Experience in developing custom chatbots is highly valued.- Ability to leverage generative AI and LLMs for creative solutions in analytics and client projects.- Exceptional client management skills, ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, and proven to be a proactive doer.- An analytical and problem-solving mindset.- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.- Capability to lead projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Core Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of Python and its applications, familiarity with various Python packages, and expertise in API use and integration, specifically with Google CC API Services.- Data Science & AI Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, NLP, sentiment analysis, text analytics modeling, and a solid understanding of generative AI and LLMs.
