Opportunity Senior Data analyst This is an opportunity to join the Asia & Middle East region within APM Terminals IT organization. The Data Analyst will be responsible for handling the Initiatives for D&A platform at ASME Region, helping in Deployment & Standardization of Data Products, Platform roadmap implementation and terminal demand management. Candidate must have extensive experience in extracting data from multiple systems, building reliable data pipelines and transforming data so that it can easily be analyzed or consumed by downstream consumers and systems. Candidate should also have the ability to visualize and analyze data in dashboards or build custom data applications. We offer. The successful candidate is responsible for the change and run of the regional platform portfolio, the projects delivery and the risks management associated with it. Builds and maintains close relationships with the Business units and the various IT teams to qualify and forecast demand for business-driven IT needs, rationalize the tech debt, streamline the regional portfolio and orchestrate and drive the modernization/digitization of the regional portfolio as per the tech standards. Key responsibilities The ideal candidate works with business stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of data products throughout it\'s lifecycle. Provides effective and regular communication within the delivery team, stakeholders, sponsors and management. In Depth Business Process Knowledge, Preferably in Operations & Supply Chain Management Experience and Expertise in development of Several Industry Standard Data & Analytics Platform & Solutions Able to Transform Business Information Needs into Data Products Perform cleansing, manipulation and analysis of large datasets, both structured and Unstructured. Deliver data products from start to finish, including testing and deployment. Visualize and analyze data in dashboards or build custom data application. Identify, design, and roll-out internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc. Understand, build, & enhance data models. Ensure that data transformations are well documented, follows best practices and are understood by business users and other members of scrum team. Work with stakeholders to identify the best solution for any given problem. We are looking for Minimum 7+Years of Working Experience in Data Products, Data Analytics, Master Data Management , Data Warehouse Solutions & BI Reporting Experience in data heavy / analytics applications leveraging relational and NoSQL databases, data warehouse and big data. Minimum 2 year of working experience in MS Azure PaaS Services Working experience using BI tools / Big data solutions on MS Azure cloud Hands-on experience in Advanced SQL programming Hands-on experience in Power BI to visualise data. Exceptional data analysis skills to prepare data for further use or consumption. Location Preferred location is Mumbai, India
