Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of OS, software, and hardware components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Manage user profiles, permissions, and configurations using Active Directory.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation for all IT equipment.
AV Support:
Setup, configure, and support audio-visual systems including projectors, video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx), microphones, speakers, and displays.
Provide AV support during meetings, events, webinars, and training sessions.
Troubleshoot AV issues including connectivity, hardware failures, and integration with user devices.
Maintain and update AV systems firmware and documentation.
Active LED operation and troubleshooting
Co-ordination with AV vendor to get resolved the AV related issues.
Technical Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Experience with AV systems such as Logitech, Crestron, Polycom, or Cisco conferencing equipment and Active LED.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP).
