As part of the customer solutions team, the customer solution engineer will work as a product specialist and will collaborate with customers, supporting the sales team to win deals/POCs and share the insights from the field back into product and engineering teams. In this position you will work in a hybrid role spanning across sales, presales, product management, engineering and customer success teams.
