Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to strategic decision-making. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
