Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, whatsapp, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to plan and schedule material dispatch according to customer requirements and project timelines.
Maintain regular contact with construction companies, builders, and contractors to understand their needs and preferences.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services provided.
Monitor payment timelines and follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the construction materials industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
