Job Description
Debt collector\'s job is to track down people who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment.
Process Requirement:
- Voice process
- Good communication skills
- Performance & Client Incentives
- Objection handling skills & Convincing Skills
- Fixed weekend work offs
- 24*7 shifts
- VnA assessment - 2.95 score
- Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
- Minimum qualification - 10th and 12th (Age criteria 18+)
- Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
- Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
- Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA) c
Salary Range offered is 17k to 34k (CTC)
