Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager - Corporate is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen corporate branding, drive business growth, manage key corporate accounts, and enhance market presence. The role involves leadership, planning, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Planning

Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Plan annual and quarterly marketing campaigns and budgets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the marketing team. Coordinate with sales, operations, HR, and finance teams. Set targets and evaluate team performance regularly.
Reporting & Compliance

Prepare marketing performance reports and ROI analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of corporate marketing activities.
