Role:

\xc2\xb7 Managing a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Officers

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to achieve budgets for bank products (liabilities & Assets) and Third Party Products (TPP).

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the Relationship Value of the book managed by the unit & also for all round growth of each team member.

\xc2\xb7 Planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients

Job Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Strong Acumen and focus on Service

\xc2\xb7 Should be focussed on Service; Relationship Management and Investments

\xc2\xb7 Good communication oral and written Skills

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Cross Products

\xc2\xb7 To Adhere KYC / Quality and Audit laid down norms as per company policy

\xc2\xb7 Graduation, 4/6 years of experience in Service or relationship management is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Team handling / Man Management experience of at least 1 year.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in book management & understanding business MIS.

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Banking products (Liabilities & Assets), investment products & financial markets
