About the Team Join the Delivery Operations team at Workday, where we ensure the success of our customer's deployments by supporting Workday's global services ecosystem. You will join a group in our team that focuses on Delivery Assurance (DA) support.
We're now growing our team in Pune, India and are looking for our first Pune-based colleagues to be a part of our resourceful group.

About the Role

About the Role

The person in this role will work to support the Delivery Assurance Managers, Engagement / Project Managers, and Consultants within Workday's Global Professional Services Ecosystem to ensure the successful execution of the Delivery Assurance activities for our customers' deployments. This will entail:

Review Checkpoints as part of the Delivery Assurance process for various Workday Product Areas. This involves reviewing deliverables created in Excel to ensure completeness and accuracy to enable the project to proceed and ultimately ensure the success of our deployments

Support the Global Professional Services Organization with all incoming inquiries submitted via support tickets regarding the Delivery Assurance Program and reviews

Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate

Generate recurring and ad hoc Delivery Assurance reports for the professional services leadership

Staff Workday consultants who assist the Delivery Assurance Support Team on a part-time basis to Delivery Assurance checkpoints

Provide thought leadership and mentor less experienced workmates in the team

Summarize and report the ongoing status of the Delivery Assurance local activities to the leadership in North America

About You

Basic Qualifications

10+ years' experience in analyzing deliverables created by others for accuracy and completeness, and providing feedback to the submitters on items to be corrected.

5+ Years' experience in spreadsheet programs (ex. Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet). Expertise in Excel VBA a plus

Proficient in Google Suite (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides) or/and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

5+ years of experience importing data from reports in systems such as Salesforce or Workday into spreadsheets, transforming and summarizing data via the use of features such as vlookups, formulas and pivot tables

Other Qualifications

Ability to work independently and to work effectively with multi-disciplined teams using a combination of business and technical skills

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Passion for internal and external customer service and excellence driving high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success

Accomplished in process improvement, defining technical requirements, project administration, and operations

Excellent organization, time management, presentation, process documentation, problem solving, and communication skills
