In this role, you will:

• Support Production/test environment/Infrastructure with providing level 1/2 support to ensure high performance and availability.
• Knowledge of Incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, resolution and reporting.
• Experience working in Mainframe technology ( Cobol/JCL/CA7 ) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands on application Development/Enhancement/Support background
• Required to review the work and resolving audit issues for environment
• Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities to process improvements. Works to align best practices across production support team.
• Proven production service troubleshooting skills that span applications, systems and network within a primarily Mainframe and Distributed environment.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of the incident and ensure fixes and procedures are put in place to avoid consistent re-occurrence of the issue.
• Hands-on work to manage the BAU and Adhoc requests to recover services from Outage at the earliest, avoid recurrence of same Incident and ensure the production services health.
• Distributed ( UNIX/Datastage/people soft ) knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using industry standard DevOps CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins/Github) will be an advantage.
• Experience using automation tools, role requires to identify and automate processes to minimize manual efforts.
• Work in an agile environment that requires reacting to changes quickly.
• Must be able to work independently and have intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor's Degree required, engineering/technical degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Must be willing to work on multi-tier technology projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Working experience with DevOps & Scaled Agile preferred
• Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-motivated, people-oriented and self-directed
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
