We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.

In this role, you will:

  • Aligning with HSBC development standards and good practice guidance, including Agile delivery and Release Management controls
  • Ensuring alignment with HSBC standards, governance and documentation requirements
  • Actively participating in the MyDay Agile Delivery Pod e.g. resolution of system defects, delivery of service requests, development of changes, upgrades/defects, proactive monitoring of system health and performance
  • Report and review performance of the HSBC MyDay App service (Service level agreements, Outages, resource, cost)
  • Ensure service management activities are executed and reported
  • Assist with planned activities i.e. new additions of sites ahead of time ensure and sufficient resources are in place to provide adequate support and to maintain the HSBC MyDay App in BAU
  • Generate and send MI reports to stakeholders ensuring these are accruate and in agreed timelines
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with mobile enterprise set up and use of APIs
  • Good understanding of enterprise mobile architecture and infrastructure within a large corporate environment
  • Good understanding of enterprise mobile architecture and infrastructure within a large corporate environment
  • Has worked successfully within a DevOps and Agile team/environment
  • Proven self-starter who can operate and develop without close supervision
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment - demonstrable ability to adapt to different cultures
  • Experience of working in virtual, geographically dispersed locations and timezones
  • Experience of core IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management
  • Experience of managing conflicting priorities and effectively prioritising tasks
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationhips with stakeholders
Requirements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering customer satisfaction and value
  • Knowledge of HSBCs Service Management Tooling (Service Now/EIM/PLADA) (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the EHC and ITSA processes (desirable)
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles and how these are utilised within HSBC
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorties
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Visio (or similar)
  • Qualification in Agile/SCRUM and/or a recognised IT Service Management framework (eg. ITIL) (desireable)
