JOB DESCRIPTION: As a SAP ABAP developer, individual needs to work closely with existing Kautex ABAP team and SAP support teams for our global SAP system at Kautex. Providing ABAP programming capability for both steady state support topics and minor and major project led changes. Creating Technical specifications from provided functional specifications. Performing development work in SAP. Providing debugging support to support teams. Ensuring all development work is to a high-quality standard and within Kautex guidelines. Perform testing of system changes and to assist in user testing of changes CORE SAP Capabilities ABAP Object Oriented Programming, RFC Function Modules, Data dictionary object, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Smart forms, ALV Report, Classical Reports, iDocs, Performance tuning Transformations Ability to take responsibility for design activities, the production of technical specifications and the review of functional specifications produced by others. SOFT SKILLS Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment Willing to go the extra mile to achieve project and organizational goals.
