As a Senior Consultant, you will lead ongoing projects and associated client engagements at local, regional, and global levels - individually or as project team member - including managing the engagement with the client as well as overseeing the project delivery under the supervision of project lead/supervisor. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently drive projects and associated client engagements - alone or as project team leader. Be able to draft proposals in response to RFPs and address client queries towards achieving a successful outcome of securing the project. Secondary and primary research of healthcare systems, disease area overviews, strategic insights generation, recommendations, business case modelling under different pricing and access scenarios. Therefore, your ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and communicate them effectively is a crucial requirement. Ensure the quality of deliverables and achievement of key milestones as per client requirements and EVERSANA standards. Conform to professional standards and strict client confidentiality. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for candidates with an outstanding academic background who can independently work at all levels. Must possess a post-graduate qualification in the relevant scientific, medical, pharmacy, public health, or economics discipline. Must have first-hand experience of 3 - 5 years in one or the following: Market access strategy Pricing and reimbursement Health economics Health technology assessment Statistical analysis (experience of using STATA and/or SAS) Medical writing (such as - HTA submission, value dossier) Analysis and interpretation of clinical trials Successful candidate must have relevant experience in building evidence-based value propositions across various healthcare systems and submission writing to HTA agencies (preferred NICE/PBAC/ACE) Should have worked with either in industry (pharma / MedTech industry), consulting firms, scientific and public health institutions - in areas such as market access, HEOR or medical affairs.
