Senior Consultant Package Implementation
Job Description
. Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP / Callidus experience . At least 3 years of implementation experience on SAP Commissions (formerly Callidus Commissions) . Minimum 2 end to end implementation done from inception . Experience in running client workshops for SAP Commissions Management . Experience in performance tuning and streamlining existing complex business rules/procedures . Works very closely with the business to gather requirements, design process and prepare documentation . Analyze and review internal sales structures and those processes and policies related to applying sales credit, reporting and calculating payments/balances . Comprehensive knowledge in SAP Commission components mainly organizational data, plans, calculations and payment posting . Good knowledge in Commissions administration such as roles and permissions, security, global policies and preferences . Has clear understanding of Commissions standard reports and report integration with Business Objects and Thunderbridge Analytics . Experience in extending and customizing objects in SAP Commissions . Experience with integrating Commissions to CRM and/or ERP systems . Excellent communication skills . Ability to work in Agile delivery and global teams
